FRESH FAÇADE

FRESHEN UP

Crisp white paint and new roof dramatically freshens up the property’s existing brick exterior. A black horizontal picket fence defines the relocated front entry. Updated windows with exterior black frames and black gutters up the curb appeal while staying true to the house’s traditional style.

DECKED OUT

Reconfiguring the interior flow prompted the addition a deck beyond the rear entrance off the kitchen.

VALUE ADD

An addition over the sunroom made room for a cozy bedroom and a linen closet on the second floor. The reconfiguration also made it possible to relocate the upstairs primary and guest bathrooms, each of which received modern upgrades, while their respective rooms earned a refresh.
